Disclaimer: The guidelines provided by NUSSBAUM GROUP in this video are for educational purposes only.
The OTTO NUSSBAUM GmbH & Co KG is not to be held liable for any incidents that may occur when following the instructions given in this video. Always follow the equipment specification made available by the vehicle manufacturer. The usual safety measures must be observed at any time during lifting and lowering.

Special features of the vehicle: The Ford Ranger featured in our video is equipped with a footboard.
Our recommendation: For a safe lifting process, use 2 round height adapters on the front carrying arms, and 2 U-shaped adapters with lashing straps on the carrying arms in the back.

1. Fix and secure the round adapters on the arms in the front, and the U-shaped adapters on the arms in the back.
2. For optimal door opening and ideal weight distribution, drive in the car dead center between the columns.
3. Position the carrying arms. Secure the arms in the back with the lashing straps to the vehicle. Check that the arms have not moved during the lashing process.
4. Turn the pick-up pads of the front arms as close to the pick-up points as possible.
5. Lift the vehicle slightly. Check the position of the pick-up pads and that the gears are engaged. Adjust if necessary.
6. Lift vehicle to the desired height.
