Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use

a) When visiting the website

When you visit our website the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information will be collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
  • Date and time of access,
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file,
  • Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
  • browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

The data mentioned are processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection establishment of the website,
  • Ensuring comfortable use of our website,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability as well as
  • for further administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person. In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when visiting our website. b) When registering for our newsletter

If you have consented pursuant to Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 (a) GDPR we use your e-mail address send you our newsletter on regular basis. The deregistration is possible at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can also send your unsubscribe request to by e-mail.

c) When using our contact form

For questions of any kind, we offer you the option to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to include your company name, your full name and a valid e-mail address so that we know who the request came from and be able to answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 (1) S. 1 (a) GDPR based on your voluntarily granted consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.

Disclosure of data

Your personal data are not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We share your personal information with third parties only if:

  • You granted your consent for this purpose in accordance with Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 (a) GDPR,
  • the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding and legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
  • in the event that disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 (c) GDPR is a legal obligation, and
  • this is legally permissible and required under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the settlement of the terms and conditions of the contract with you.

Inventory data

If a contractual relationship is established between you and us, or provisions of such an agreement are to be specified or changed, we gather and use personal data from you as much as it is required for these purposes. By order of the competent authorities, we will be permitted in an individual case to provide information on this data (inventory data) if it is needed for prosecution, defence, to fulfil legal requirements for constitutional protection authorities or military counter-intelligence or to implement intellectual property rights.

Usage data

We collect and use personal information from you, to the extent necessary to permit or render the use of our website (usage data). This includes in particular, characteristics to identify you and details at the beginning and end and the extent of use of our services.

For purposes of advertising, market research and the design of our website, we may use pseudonyms when using a usage profile. You have the right to object to this use of your data. We may not merge the usage profile with data from the bearer of the pseudonym.

Tracking tool

The tracking measures listed below and used by us are based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. With the tracking measures to be used, we want to ensure a needs-based design and the continuous optimisation of our website. On the other hand, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our website and evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our offer for you. These interests are to be regarded as justified within the meaning of the aforementioned provision. Google Analytics

If you have given your consent this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). The use includes the operating mode "Universal Analytics". This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID, thus analysing the activities of a user across devices.

Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text files that are stored on your computer that permit an analysis of use of the website. As a rule, information generated by cookies about your use of the website are transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. In case of activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be truncated for Google within Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Google Analytics: Duration of data storage
The data sent by us and linked to cookies, user identification (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 14 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is done automatically once a month.

Google Analytics: Relevant rights
You can prevent cookies from being saved by using a corresponding setting on your browser software; however we advise you in this case that you will not be able to fully use all functionalities of this website.

You may also prevent the collection of the cookie-generated and website-related information (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of such data by Google by downloading and installing the browser add-on. Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

To statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimising our website, we also use Google conversion tracking.

This involves placing a cookie (see Cookies) on your computer by Google Adwords, if you came to our website via a Google ad. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer's website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Every Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can not be tracked through AdWords customer websites. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate visit action evaluation statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also refuse the required setting of a cookie - for example, via a browser setting that generally disables the automatic setting of cookies. Social media plug-ins

In line with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR we use social plug-ins from the social network Facebook on our website to make our company better known.

 The underlying commercial purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for the operation compliant with data protection is to be guaranteed by the respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us is done by means of the so-called two-click method to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.


On our website we use social media plugins from Facebook to personalize their use. For this we use the "LIKE" or "SHARE" button. It is an offer from Facebook. If you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and incorporated by it into the website. In particular, you can request information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, the right to correction, deletion, limitation of processing or objection, the existence of the right to complain, the source of your data, if not collected by us, and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, where appropriate, meaningful information about their details;
  • pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or completed personal data stored by us;
  • in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, except where the processing is required for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
  • in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject their deletion and we no longer need the data, but you require these for assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to obtain your personal data provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another person responsible;
